Meet Manny!

Maneisha is a graduate student at UW Madison studying Agroecology. She is from Augusta, Georgia and has a background in horticulture and soil science. When she is not in the field, she enjoys to ride her bike, draw, paint, read, play video games, and cook! She enjoys to make all kinds of dishes. Her favorites are Asian cuisines, some shared from her grandmother. She believes that cooking is like science and art. Everyone has a unique taste but steps can be repeated to reconstruct the phenomena.
